El vídeo musical "Baby," de Justin Bieber, fue el más visto en el mundo este año con más de 400 millones de visitas. Otros vídeos de Justin, "Never Say Never," "Never Let You Go" y "Somebody to Love Remix," aparecen también en el top 10.

Waka Waka de Shakira fue el segundo vídeo más popular y Eminem apareció en la tercera y cuarta posición con "Love The Way You Lie" y "Not Afraid."
